Frequently Asked Questions
What is the class schedule for the yearly batch?
Classes are held daily Monday to Saturday, with morning slots at 6 AM, 7 AM, and 8 AM IST. You can join any slot that suits your schedule. Weekend sessions are available too.
What are the class days, timings, and batch options available?
Classes are conducted from Monday to Friday with two batch options available: Morning Batch from 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM and Evening Batch from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Do I need any prior yoga experience?
Not at all! Our yearly batch welcomes complete beginners as well as intermediate practitioners. Classes are structured to be inclusive for all levels.
How do I attend the online classes?
After enrollment and payment, you’ll receive a link to our private Zoom/Google Meet session. You’ll also be added to a WhatsApp group for updates and recordings.
What equipment do I need?
Just a yoga mat and comfortable clothing! A mobile, tablet, or laptop with a stable internet connection is all you need to join the live sessions.
How do I pay the ₹4,000 fee?
After you fill in the enrollment form, our team will reach out with UPI, bank transfer, or other payment options within 24 hours. Your seat is confirmed upon payment.
